Tea and Coffee both have positive and negative effect on our body. But Recent Research tell Tea is better stimulant and boosting for mood as compare to coffee.

  • Tea leaves contain L-Theanine which is more mood boosting and calming. It relaxes brain muscle Without inducing drowsiness. Caffeine and L-Theanine are naturally occurring in tea more quantity as compare to coffee.
  • Scientist tested the effect of combination of caffeine and L-Theanine  and found that This combination help to reduce mental fatigue while increasing reaction time and improvements in memory and cognitive alertness.
  • Only caffeine and L-Theanine are not the compounds present in tea that may boost brain function — various catechins exert a positive influence on memory, as well. So many research showed drinking tea can decrease the risk of dementia.

While you are tired after doing physical work then Coffee is best hot drink for relaxing body muscle as well as mind. Whereas You are working on Computer or studying or writing and need some refreshment then Tea is the better option.
